Our company is now in it’s third generation of management.

We were founded back in 1952 by George Brolly. It was set up with an aim to provide high quality roofing services at value for money prices.  The business grew from strength to strength and in 1972 was incorporated as a limited company. in the early1970’s  he was  joined by his son, also George Brolly. He then took the rains of the business in 1977. Today we offer our services throughout Scotland, the highlands and the north of England.

A great deal has changed in the roofing industry over the last sixty years. One thing that hasn’t is our commitment to offering the highest installation standards using the best materials available. We originally only offered installation of traditional pour and roll built up systems, however as technology with the industry has evolved we have too. Through heavy investment in staff training and the development of new installation techniques today we offer Built up felt roofing, robust single ply systems (both PVC and TPO), green roofs and liquid systems.

Over the years we have completed a huge range of different projects both large and small. The size of our business has allowed us to offer such varied work as re roofing domestic dwellings right through to multi million pound commercial contracts. All works carried out has been to the same highest standards and commitment.

We have a highly experienced management and administration team. Along side this we have a workforce of 30 roofing and maintenance operatives. All are trained by ourselves and the relevant governing bodies in health and safety for their work. Every operative holds a construction skills scheme card. We have worked hard with our suppliers to ensure staff are trained to install their product correctly. We have participated in over 300 hours on and off site training sessions. We operate an apprenticeship scheme culminating in NVQ level three accreditation. We have full levels of both employers and public liability insurance.
